The gym facilities met my expectations. It had all equipment I needed.

My deposit refund never arrived, and it's been over a month. The hotel claims they did not receive it, despite my bank confirming the transaction. I find this unacceptable.

I requested a pool view, but it was not provided. The clientele here seemed to be a specific type. I witnessed some guests behaving poorly toward the staff, not pleasant to see.
